The student pastor at Westside is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating the Middle School & High School discipleship ministry under the leadership and supervision of the Pastor. As such, his main duties include developing, implementing, coordinating, promoting, leading & evaluating a year-round program of discipleship, ministry, missions & activity for high school and middle school students. He would enlist, train, schedule and coordinate volunteers/workers for the Wednesday night midweek worship service and the Sunday morning Bible Study for middle school & high school students. In the midweek service, he would take the lead role in the Bible teaching/preaching ministry of that midweek service. There are also Sunday morning preaching opportunities and responsibilities.
