Bro. Zach became the pastor of Westside in November of 2025. He has faithfully served in church ministry since his calling in 2008. During his college years as a Centrifuge summer staffer, God revealed his vocational call and introduced him to his future spouse, who would become his helpmate in ministry. He and his wife, Kristin, have been married for 14 years and have four children: Aubrey, Millie, Foster, and Charlie. This season is loud, exhausting, and full of reminders of God's grace. He enjoys spending time with his family and also likes hunting, movies, golfing, gardening, and caring for chickens.
Bro. Zach earned his bachelor's degree from Northwestern State University in 2011 and his master's from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014. He is now pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at New Orleans, focusing on church revitalization. He spent his childhood in Martin, LA, as a member of Martin Baptist Church. There, he surrendered to the Lord for salvation and the call to ministry. He was ordained in 2012 while serving as Youth and Children's Minister at Cherry Ridge Baptist Church in Bastrop, LA. Before coming to Westside, he served for twelve years as lead pastor of Cheniere Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA.
